Rocket Salad
Fresh young rocket leaves .
Fresh young baby spinach leaves.
15 Strawberry's halved or smaller.
50ml Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Dash of salt
Freshly grounded black pepper
Mix washed rocket and baby spinach in bowl. Add srawberries.
Mix balsamic vinegar,honey (desolved) in bucket, add oil, salt znd black pepper.
Drape sauce over salad just before dishing up.
